# Anthropic cash and compute conditions

The October 26, 2026 public S-1 puts June financial statements beside later contract disclosures. This package separates cash already received, conditional issuance capacity, and procurement payments with different activation dates.

`evidence.json` preserves source URLs, locators, source-copy hashes, original cash-flow row names and dates. Financial values are USD millions unless otherwise indicated. The three-facility $77bn table is not cash and is not the complete universe of every note purchase agreement. The $161.2bn Broadcom lease aggregate contains the $125.2bn 2026 arrangement; the $42bn NPA can finance only qualifying rent under that arrangement. These amounts are not additive.

Run `node verify-evidence.mjs` for accounting and scope checks. An optional `--source-tables <path>` matches selected cash rows to the mechanically extracted original HTML tables. Run `node render-figures.mjs` to regenerate SVG figures. Add `--png` with `sharp` installed, or set `AIC_SHARP_MODULE` to its module path, to create publication PNGs.

The network uses equal-width relationship lines, not a Sankey allocation of unlike amounts. All June observations are labeled; the amended bank facility has a September date. The procurement map includes selected contracts, not every counterparty. Cash-flow figures use one consistent unaudited six-month period. Stage diagrams represent contract conditions, not a forecast of dates or an observation that all financing has been drawn.

The filed Nscale Order and its Terms contain written- and deemed-acceptance language. The Order takes precedence in a conflict. Neither the graph nor the report resolves that legal interaction. The supplied Order covers one provider, not the entire $44.6bn relationship. The separate Lambda investment-grade financing is not attributed to Anthropic. The SpaceX Apollo lease is not assigned to a particular Anthropic contract or called off-balance-sheet.
