# IREN acceptance evidence

This historical case separates financing, customer acceptance and defined parent-support transitions. Reviewed October 11, 2026; disclosures run through August 27, 2026. It is not a current October balance sheet or confirmation of a legal release.

`iren-acceptance.json` contains three dated events, two contract rules and a separately labeled interpretation. All amounts are USD millions; capacity is MW of IT load. Source links identify the original disclosures and clauses.

Use `disclosed_on` to decide when an event entered the public record. `as_of` describes a balance date. `event_no_later_than` is an announcement-based upper bound, not an exact event day. `null` means this case has not established the value; never convert it to zero.

The guarantee documents are identified by their body titles because the annual-report index captions for exhibits 10.38 and 10.54 differ from the linked bodies. The acceptance announcement does not establish the exact legal tranche mapping or quantify released support.

The script checks source references, date ordering, the debt-principal arithmetic and preservation of unknown values. It does not verify transaction truth, draw compliance, acceptance certificates or legal effectiveness.
