# NVIDIA commitments ledger

This ledger reconstructs nine displayed categories in NVIDIA's fiscal 2027 second-quarter 10-Q. The financial filing date is August 26, 2026; the review date is October 11. July 26 commitments and the August SB Energy subsequent event remain separately dated.

Amounts are USD billions. The two commitment tables total 422, with displayed fiscal buckets totaling 120, 106, 107, 24, 17 and 48. Adding the separate guarantee ceilings of 108.5 reproduces 530.5 as a cross-category arithmetic total, not a single liability or cash requirement.

The first fiscal column is the remaining portion of FY2027, not a full calendar year. Source dashes map to zero only in displayed-table arithmetic. Guarantee schedules and unknown actual cash remain `null`; they are not zero. The 333 through-FY2029 subtotal is about 78.9% of the 422 scheduled commitments, not 78.9% of the broader total or a forecast of payments.

The checks reconcile rows, columns, category totals, dates and unknown values. They do not verify contract compliance, actual transfers, expected loss, net liquidity or third-party adoption. The quoted 184 prior-quarter aggregate is not accepted as a like-for-like baseline without a category bridge; its aggregate change remains unknown.
