ABOUT AI INFRA CREDIT

Understand the capital. Understand the industry.

Independent research on the financing and economics of AI infrastructure, published in English and Chinese.

Our focus

We study the relationships among AI demand, chips, data centers, power, contracts, and capital markets. The central question is how productive capacity becomes financeable—and how its returns are divided among customers, vendors, operators, shareholders, and lenders.

Coverage starts with the U.S. AI ecosystem and extends to the international capital and supply chains that finance it.

A connected view

A technology roadmap can change cash flow before a debt instrument matures. A guarantee can lower the funding cost of a project while moving risk to a vendor or customer. We analyze these relationships together.

The work combines primary-source research, contract analysis, conditional models, and editorial judgment. AI tools assist research and drafting; material facts are checked against the cited sources. We publish corrections when an error changes an interpretation.

Open research

The launch reports are free to read in full. We are building an audience through the quality and usefulness of the work. Future research services will be shaped by the recurring questions readers need answered.

Editorial conclusions are not for sale. Material sponsorship or commissioned-research relationships will be disclosed alongside the relevant work.
