Language and archive
The website opens in English. Use the language switch for the Chinese edition. New newsletters and other off-site publications are in English only.
Earlier bilingual issues remain in the archive.
An alternative interest register
If you cannot use Substack, the optional form records your email and preferred website language. It does not send an email or activate regular delivery. Keep the private management link to remove that record.
